So, were searching for Steward Supervisor to join our pre-opening team!A little taste of your day-to-dayOversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas, dishwashing stations and storage rooms.Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, utensils and tableware, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levelsImplement and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in all kitchen and dining areas in compliance with local health and safety regulationsCollaborate with other departments and take on ad-hoc duties as requiredSchedule and assign duties to stewarding staff, monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and adherence to established protocolsHelp create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipmentWhat We Need From YouBe available to attend a recruitment day on Wednesday 18th June, if requestedCapacity to lift, push and pull objects up to 20kg.
