Were seeking a motivated professional to provide effective, efficient, and responsive services that support our adult client communitys diverse needs. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services, including assessments and advice to enhance daily living, support with assistive technologies and equipment, and practical guidance aligned with our mission, vision, and values. If youre committed to empowering individuals through expert care and innovative solutions, wed love to hear from you!This is a fixed-term part time role (12 month, 0.6FTE) for parental leave cover.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver tailored assessments and therapy to enhance functional independence and quality of life.Using a person-centred approach undertake clinical assessment and support the access to specialised assistive technology and equipmentMonitor service delivery to ensure it meets company policies, procedures, standards and contractual obligationsMaintain accurate, timely documentation and case plans within our Client Management SystemReport issues relating to or impacting service delivery to the Program ManagerContribute to process improvement and service excellenceMentor OT students and support professional development within the teamOther duties as requiredSkills and Attributes:A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (or related field)Demonstrated understanding of person-centred careUp-to-date knowledge of philosophy, legislation, standards and policies relating to disability and aged community care services in both the state and national arenaStrong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to travel to client sites and service locations as requiredPrevious experience in disability, community, or health sectors preferredProven ability to think innovatively and deliver outcomes in line with best practiceExperience supporting clients with disability, vision impairment, or acquired brain injuryKnowledge of NDIS and funding frameworksProficiency in recommending and prescribing assistive technologiesRequired Compliance DocumentationNational Police ClearanceNDIS Worker Screening CheckValid WA Drivers LicenceAPHRA RegistrationBachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalentBenefits:In return, you will be rewarded with:Up to 3 days additional paid leave during year-end holiday season!Salary packaging, an opportunity to increase your take-home pay!Option to purchase additional leave17.5% annual leave loading,where applicableOngoing professional development and trainingEmployee Assistance ProgramHow to apply?Ready to make a difference?
