Reporting to the Senior Major Events Officer, you''ll help plan and execute large-scale public events that celebrate our city, attract tourism, and boost local pride.You''ll take ownership of the day-to-day event logistics and operationsmaking sure every element is carefully planned, expertly coordinated, and delivered with professionalism.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the planning and delivery of major events and signature activationsManaging event logistics: bookings, contracts, risk assessments, permits, compliance, and budgetsCollaborating with promoters, sponsors, suppliers, and community stakeholdersSupporting the development of project planning documents and event evaluationsAssisting with sponsorship and funding opportunitiesWorking outside normal business hours for event delivery when neededAbout YouYou''re an all-rounder with a love for logistics, a passion for live experiences, and the ability to keep cool under pressure.
