The Role Our Supervisor (Workshop & Ground Operations) is the hands-on leader for our Ground Operations team, monitoring our Drivers and Warehouse Technicians. The primary KPIs for Warehouse Operations relate to the productivity of warehouse technicians (RTG/hour) and inventory accuracy levels. KPIs for Ground Operations relate to the availability of our e-scooters and their optimal distribution in the city (rebalancing). The ideal candidate has prior mechanical experience, is a team leader, and is highly motivated to make Neuron a success locally and nationally. Reporting to the Operations Associate, the Supervisor may also lead growth initiatives and contribute to launch activities. The role is expected to work four weekdays and one weekend day, starting between 8am and 9am. What you''ll do: Service and repair e-scooters. Develop and execute Neuron''s Warehouse Management strategy. Manage Operations and Workshop KPIs. Train new Warehouse Technicians and Operations team members, including refresher training. Plan and conduct monthly stocktakes as needed. Oversee team performance to ensure timely deployment, collection, city availability, and quality of e-scooters in line with demand. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, including basic maintenance and consistent service delivery. Handle administrative tasks such as shift scheduling and manpower planning. Represent Neuron positively as a brand ambassador. Assist other operational cities in AU with similar duties as needed. What you''ll need: A valid Open Class Driver Licence. A personal smartphone (Apple or Android from 2018 or newer). Mechanical experience with e-scooter servicing and repair, including lifting and manoeuvring 26-28kg. Experience in warehouse operations and stock planning, especially in mobility, transit, or supply chain sectors. A hands-on leadership style, comfortable managing in the field. A proactive, positive attitude with a results-driven mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
