Storage King is a market leader in Self-Storage, and with continued growth plans, it is an exciting time to join our team.The RoleStorage King is currently seeking a part-time Contact Centre Sales Consultant to join our team at our Contact Centre based in Dandenong.This role is perfectly suited to people who like solving problems, are motivated by achieving targets and who can work with customers to identify their needs and create value for the Storage King business.The Main Responsibilities IncludeProvide support on the phone to customers across our store network throughout Australia and New Zealand.Provide storage solutions for new customers byIdentifying their storage needs.Understand the problem they are facing.Source the appropriate solution.Most importantly- ask for the business!Offer guidance on our packing and moving services.Support our Store based teams across the country in providing great customer experiences and the performance of our store networkWorking Hours:Monday to Friday - 3pm to 7pmTotal hours: 20 hours per weekFlexibility will be required for this role to assist in covering shifts as required.What Will You NeedExperience in sales in a Call Centre or Retail environment is a must.The ability to own the customers experienceA professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).The ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone and in online communications.Strong attention to detail and an excellent follow up focus to resolve customer queriesEnjoy achieving targets and goals.Demonstrated computer skills with good understanding of Microsoft (Outlook, Excel etc.) and exposure to working with internal systems/databases.Reliable and punctualA team player who enjoys learning and problem solvingIn return we offer:Hourly rate, plus super and bonusesTraining program to ensure your successFlexible working environment and supportive work team cultureParking providedDiscounted health insurance through MedibankHealth and Wellbeing support through our Assure programReward gateway access - Employee benefits and discount platformSelf-Storage is a growing industry with opportunities for those who are passionate about creating great customer experiences.
