We are currently seeking an experienced Production & Operations Manager to join a manufacturing business in Toowoomba. This is a newly created role, joining a well established team, at a time of exciting growth and transformation. You can put your own stamp on this role and team, the sky is the limit as this business is innovative and strives for the absolute best for their clients. Lead this team to new heights, enabling an exceptional customer experience and production of high quality products. Plan, schedule and review workloads to ensure the team are meeting time and quality targets for their clients, whilst identifying any room for improvement of processes, products or opportunity to cut down on costs, without compromising on quality.
