Now go anywhereSales and Events Coordinator at Hyatt Centric MelbourneBased on-site in the Melbourne CBD, the Sales and Events Coordinator is a vital part of our Sales and Marketing team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team, and ensuring an excellent and consistent level of service is provided to our clients at all times.Some Of The Responsibilities IncludeProvide administrative support to the Director of Sales and the Sales teamQualify leads, and prepare detailed proposals to clients in a timely matterAssist in the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of events at the hotelConduct site inspections of the hotel with prospective clientsWork closely with internal departments (culinary, operations, and front office) to ensure seamless execution of all eventsRepresent Hyatt Centric Melbourne at industry events and exhibitions as requiredMaintain the Sales and Events system, EnvisionAbout YouTertiary qualifications in Hospitality/Sales or related business educationPrevious experience in an administrative role (Hotel operations would be advantageous)Strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a positive first impressionCompetent computer skills.
