This entry-level position is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, structured training, and expert mentorship from industry leaders. As a Sales & Leasing Cadet, you will gain exposure to every stage of the sales process, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in commercial real estate.Success in this role means:Developing a deep understanding of the local commercial property marketBuilding strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the teamProactively contributing to listing, marketing, and selling campaignsDemonstrating initiative, integrity, and a commitment to continuous learningProgressing toward an independent sales role with confidence and capabilityNichols Crowder is one of Victorias leading commercial and industrial real estate agencies. As a Sales Cadet, you are a vital part of our long-term talent development strategy. Youll work closely with senior agents and directors, supporting them while learning the ropes and gradually taking on more responsibility. This role is the first step toward becoming a trusted property advisor within a well-respected and established brand.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior agents with inspections, sales campaigns, and client follow-upsConduct property research, due diligence, and database managementPrepare marketing materials, proposals, and reports for listings and transactionsCoordinate appointments, open-for-inspections, and client meetingsAttend training sessions and participate in internal development programsContribute to lead generation efforts and build relationships with prospective clientsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, zoning regulations, and property valuesUse CRM systems to track activity, communication, and performance metricsQualifications and SkillsA genuine interest in commercial real estateStrong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbalExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learnA current drivers license and reliable vehicleAgents Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital toolsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindsetJoin us at Nichols Crowder Moorabbin and take the first step toward a thriving career in commercial property.
