Responsibilities We are seeking a passionate customer service individual for a part-time Clinic Co-Ordinator role. If you''re interested in helping clients improve their hearing and quality of life, keep reading! This role is crucial in each clinic, contributing to performance and customer experience. We seek a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven person with excellent organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing. You will work closely with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes. You will learn about our products, services, and government funding programs, enabling you to apply tailored sales strategies to meet client needs. Ideal Candidate Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health Experience working with older demographics (preferred) Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification Computer literacy Whats in it for you?
