Each day, youll go above and beyond to: Manage Agribusiness relationships proactively, providing integrated solutions and portfolio management through growth, new customer acquisition, and expense management. Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of premium businesses, managing complex enterprises and professional relationships. Utilize your business development and relationship management skills to offer financial advisory services, integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers. Ensure success by understanding clients unique businesses, communicating effectively, making timely decisions, and driving innovation and continuous improvement. Were looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need: Experience with Agribusiness, deal structuring, and credit assessment of large, complex transactions. Drive, tenacity, and a passion for relationship management. Exceptional financial acumen and relationship management skills. A proven track record in sales and growth, with a passion for business development. Proficiency in business and commercial practices, along with business banking products and services. Problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
