Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.auYour New RoleThe Business Development Officer role is primarily responsible for driving efficient and effective operational relationships between Independent Financial Advisers, Licensees, Research Houses / Asset Consultants and the national Advice Relationships team.This role will act as a point of contact and liaison with independent financial advisers to ensure they are able to interact and transact with Aware''s Advice Relationships service model in an efficient and timely manner.How do you exceed our expectations?The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of working with a sales process and ability to support the National Manager - Advice Relationships to execute sales activity and campaigns for the teamDemonstrated extensive experience in engaging with external clients both in person and on the phoneKnowledge and experience working within the Superannuation and/or Financial planning processSelf-starter with strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines with high degree of confidenceStrong attention to detail, process and procedure expertise and aptitudeStrong verbal and written communication skills as well as stakeholder management skillsYou are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
