This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Fremantle office. As Fumigation State Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our fumigation services in the region, from client liaison to operational execution.What you''ll be doingManage a team of fumigation technicians and ensure they are trained, equipped and operating to the highest safety and quality standardsLiaise with clients to understand their fumigation needs and schedule services accordinglyMonitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with the national team to implement best practices and drive innovation in our fumigation solutionsEnsure all fumigation activities comply with relevant regulations and legislationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodiesWhat we''re looking forExtensive experience (5+ years) in a senior fumigation or pest management roleIn-depth knowledge of fumigation techniques, equipment and safety protocolsExcellent project management and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and manage a teamFamiliarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirementsTertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. agricultural sciences, environmental management) is highly desirableWhat we offerAt TriCal Australia, we''re committed to providing our employees with a supportive and engaging work environment.
