This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity toApply your studies in a practical way, using your inventiveness, ability to identify problems and generate solutions and showcase your technical and analytical skills.Gain practical experience in project management, leading and coordinating projects effectively.Create connections and work relationships with experienced InfraBuild stakeholders across various business unitsBroaden your skillset from an interpersonal and professional approach including soft skills development, leadership development and a structured mentoring program.We seek adaptable individuals who thrive in challenging environments, are keen to engage in real projects, work as part of a team, and make meaningful contributions to the business.We have the following disciplines available as part of our 2026 graduate intake:Metallurgist Engineer (Laverton, and Melbourne)Electrical Engineer (Rooty Hill, Newcastle and Laverton)Process/Chemical Engineer (Rooty Hill and Newcastle)Mechanical Engineer (Rooty Hill, Newcastle, Laverton and Brisbane)Finance (Sydney CBD)IT (Sydney CBD)Logistics and Supply Chain (Newcastle)Health and Safety (Rooty Hill, Newcastle, Laverton and Adelaide)Eligibility Criteria:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesWillingness to learn and take directionAustralian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rightsCompletion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2025)Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experienceNote: Successful placement into this program will be subject to pre-employment checks, including but not limited to criminal, qualification, medical, and reference checks.Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
