If you thrive on positive energy, we want to meet you!About the RoleThis is just the start, so dream big!A great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Accounting Specialist to join the dynamic team at Endeavour Group!A hybrid role - great office location in Richmond, Melbourne; with work from home arrangements availableAs the Payroll Accounting Specialist, you will work within a supportive team to deliver national payroll accurately and on-time every week. In this role you will apply your specialist payroll knowledge and SAP experience to support the business requirements.Sounds good? Read on:Heres a snapshot of the Payroll Accounting Specialist responsibilities:Performing month-end superannuation reconciliation, followed by file submissionOn-going monitoring of superannuation rejections and redirections.Reconciling payroll postings and General Ledger accountsEnsuring PAYG tax is reconciled each pay, and submitted to Finance for paymentManaging superannuation fund set up and complianceAssisting with monthly Payroll Tax submissions and the annual Payroll Tax returnTimely resolution of payroll cases using Service NowSME for Pay-Day Superannuation at Endeavour GroupMaintain and manage payroll process and policy documentation as required and actively share knowledge and cross skill team membersIdentify key risk areas and develop/implement action plans to ensure ongoing complianceWhat do we need from youNow lets talk about you:You will bring to the role a strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Payroll and superannuationMinimum of 5 years payroll experience.Systems experience - SAP ECP is desirable, Service Now and/or UKG is also ideal.Experience working in larger organisations, within a fast paced environment.Knowledge of Australian legislation and award interpretation.Ability to solve complex problems relating to payroll and superannuation.Excellent time management skills, eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to document and deliver process improvements.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.The benefits are good too!We offer flexible working in every senseAn exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphys, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubsMonthly meeting-free daysYour health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, its our first priority.
