Add expected salary to your profile for insights Tullamarine Location Experienced and Dedicated TeamLooking for a new challenge?We are an international freight forwarding company with offices in all states of Australia and part of an international network of agents operating in a niche and rapidly growing market.We are seeking an Export Sea Freight Coordinator for our Melbourne office located in Tullamarine.Within this role, you will be required to:Liaise with clients, carriers, and overseas partnersDeliver exceptional service to our customersCoordinate FAK (Consolidation) containers, including bookings, dangerous goods, container packing, and wharf deliveryHandle client invoicingEnsure compliance with Australian customs regulationsQuote ratesTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:At least 2 years of export experience in sea freightAbility to work non-standard hours if requiredA ''can-do'' attitudeAbility to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentCurrent driver''s license and own transportExperience with Cargowise 1 is an advantage but not essentialWe offer a competitive salary and conditions.
