You will share and create special moments in beautiful locations with your team.Your responsibilities may include:Assist the Vessel Master with administration and safety duties;Ensure guest safety and satisfaction, and optimal vessel and engine performance;Assist with watch-keeping, vessel handling, and navigation;Facilitate onboard safety drills and crew training;Manage the Deck crew, including performance management and training compliance;Maintain high team performance and professional presentation;Address guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure a positive experience;Delegate and oversee daily duties, ensuring all marine standards are followed; andEnsure adherence to operational procedures and WHS requirements.Minimum requirements include:Master
