This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of innovative infrastructure and technology solutions, from strategic planning and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and successful handover.As the Manager Innovation Projects, youll oversee the delivery of pioneering work packages. Youll be instrumental in fostering innovative delivery models, championing safety leadership, and aligning project execution with our broader business goals and capital investment strategy.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full lifecycle of Innovation Projects, from concept to commissioning, ensuring excellence in safety, time, cost, and quality.Develop and deliver integrated work packages, in close collaboration with internal teams across our other Framework contracts.Drive innovation in project delivery methods while ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulatory frameworks.Foster a strong safety culture, demonstrating visible safety leadership and embedding best practices across project teams.Contribute to our business transformation, actively supporting the Project Delivery Groups transition to meet the demands of a growing and future-focused capital program.This role is a cornerstone of our future Project Delivery Management Structure and essential to realising our ambition to unlock waters full potential.
