Drive lodgements, oversee escalations, unblock bottlenecks, and make sure no deal is left behind.Target Setter & EnforcerSet KPIs, track metrics, and hold brokers accountable. You know when to motivate and when to push.Skill UplifterCoach brokers to lift their credit game, sharpen their structuring, and own every client interaction like a pro.1:1 Check-ins & Strategic DirectionRun structured check-ins, provide actionable feedback, and align team effort with company goals.Lender Policy GuruYou know policy like the back of your hand and you use that knowledge to get deals done fast and right.Culture ChampionCreate momentum, celebrate wins, and keep energy high because culture drives performance.What You Bring:2+ years of experience in mortgage broking with a strong settlement track recordExperience leading brokers or teams within a fast-paced environmentCert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma = big plus)In-depth knowledge of lender policies, credit, and complianceExperience with tools like Broker Engine, Quickli, and major aggregator CRMs and portalsRelentless drive, leadership maturity, and no fear of accountabilityConfident communicator who can rally a team and own the roomWhy Refyne?Were a brokerage on a mission helping Australians scale property portfolios and retire rich.
