Youre: Sales-hungry in every sense, with a proven track record of exceeding retail sales KPIs and targets. Equipped with a retail background and a high-energy, results-driven approach. Exceptional in interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences. At your best when working in a collaborative and high-performing environment. Quick to master new product ranges, POS systems, and sales tools. Familiar with 12v systems (highly regarded but not essential). Committed to maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture. The Role As a Casual Sales Representative at our Campbelltown store, youll be part of an energetic and passionate team. Your Mission: Collaborate with your team to crush daily and weekly targets while implementing winning strategies. Proactively greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to close sales and ensure satisfaction. Ensure the store looks flawless, reflecting the high standards of our brand. Foster a vibrant, supportive, and positive work culture where everyone is motivated to succeed. Process sales through the POS system and take charge of key operational tasks to keep the store running at its best.
