In addition, we are also ensuring Councils internal audit plan targets our high risks areas and complies with relevant laws, standards and legislation, and making improvements across our claims process.In contributing to the overarching vision, the Risk and Insurance Officer administer Councils insurance portfolio, dealing with all aspects of insurance claims management, policy renewal and liaison with customers and insurance providers. The role provides support in the development and implementation of an integrated Enterprise Risk Management Framework to enable Council to achieve its goals and objectives.
