In addition to publicly listed and private companies, its clients include mutual funds, ETFs, stock exchanges and membership associations.Your teamAs an Analyst, Strategic Communication and Investor Relations, you will be part of a highly experienced team designing and executing strategic communications programs in support of our clients'' business objectives, including successful execution of corporate transactions, brand profiling initiatives, managing issues and crises, and investor and stakeholder engagement.Our client base provides a diversity of challenging work and career opportunities, and we offer our people the opportunity to develop their skills beyond strategic communications with exposure to other consulting areas within Sodali & Co including stakeholder research, corporate governance, ESG advisory, and proxy solicitation.Responsibilities:Supporting client leads and our broader team to develop and implement strategic communication programs aligned to our clients business objectives and target audiences.Preparing high-quality written materials, such as ASX announcements, press releases, internal communications and Q&A documents, and scripts; ensuring accuracy, clarity and alignment with clients brand and messaging.Collaborating with team leads to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through the successful delivery of all projects and retained scopes of work, while also demonstrating the ability to work well autonomously by taking ownership of assigned tasks.Issues identification and an active contribution to the solving of client issues as they arise, through effective and proactive communication strategies.Developing and leveraging media relationships on behalf of our clients, to support the achievement of the clients'' strategic objectives and to build Sodali & Cos presence in the Australian market.Establish and maintain trusted business relationships with analysts, broking and investment banking communities; in particular, those advising or covering current Sodali & Co clients.Roadshows and other corporate event support, including AGMs and shareholder meetings.Conducting thorough research and analysis to understand clients industry landscapes, competitors, target markets, and audiences, and using this knowledge to inform communication strategies.Monitoring media coverage and industry developments to identify both opportunities and risks for clients, adjusting strategies and advice to enhance their reputation and proactively manage potential issues.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted adviser and point of contact for the communication needs.Providing input to refine and innovate our service offering for clients, based on industry trends, best practices, and engagement with external parties.Assisting team leaders in pursuing business development opportunities, to help grow the companys client base and drive positive business performance.What''s in it for you?In this role, in addition to gaining professional experience across a diverse set of clients and situations, we offer the opportunity to:Work for Australias leading integrated shareholder services firm, with a Tier One client base and a wide range of services at your disposal.Grow your professional network by developing and maintaining relationships with client boards/directors, senior management team members, as well as journalists and other stakeholders relevant to our work.Be at the forefront of strategic communications best practice, while playing an active role in the ongoing innovation of new service offerings and deliverables for our clients.Work with overseas offices and colleagues to collaborate on global initiatives and clients.In addition to providing competitive remuneration, Sodali & Co has developed a work culture that focuses on providing employees with flexibility, recognition, inclusivity, workplace productivity, as well as ongoing learning and development opportunities to benefit their careers over time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
