In practice.Their cutting-edge thermal energy storage tech is proven, funded, and already changing how industry thinks about heat. With a live pilot plant, and client projects pending with major industrial players globally, MGA is scaling fast.This is a Senior Process Delivery Engineer role that goes beyond execution. It requires the technical leadership to drive complex engineering outcomes, and the commercial acumen to align them with client needs.Youll be across early feasibility, technical scoping, project delivery, interpreting client requirements and guiding client project delivery with clarity and precision.This isnt a static role. Its delivery-focused. But its also strategic, client-facing, and deeply embedded in MGAs growth trajectory.The team is being built with purpose. Inclusive hiring, diverse leadership, and a culture of open collaboration mean youll be working somewhere that backs people for who they are and what they bring, not just what they deliver.The role?Youll represent MGA on multi-stakeholder project teams, working with clients, engineering partners, and internal teams to scope, design and deliver integrated TES systems.Youll oversee the pilot plant and help evolve internal engineering designs.You''ll report to the Head of Engineering and own a portfolio of external-facing delivery work.Youll lead the design, optimisation, and client integration of thermal energy storage tech thats already proven, and now scaling.Because this isnt a one-size-fits-all product. Every client has a different process, different infrastructure, and different drivers.Thats where you come in, with the experience to design solutions that work and the clarity to bring clients with you.You and your alignment.You bring 710 + years of experience in process or chemical engineering, with a strong foundation in thermal systems, steam processes, and high-temperature equipment.Youve likely worked in energy, renewables, or adjacent sectors like manufacturing, heavy industry, water, or resources.You understand heat transfer, thermodynamic principles, and how to optimise system performance, and you know how to explain that value to a customer without losing them in the details.Ultimately, this role is for someone who knows how to lead from both the spreadsheet and the table.Youll be based in Tomago, in the heart of the Hunters energy transition, with flexibility where it counts and work thats anything but routine.The Next StepsInterested?
