The position is one of four Academic Directors in the Senior School. The Director roles are committed to academic excellence, holistic wellness and directly responsible for leading and developing strong teaching, learning and caring programs within the Senior School.Promoting the individual development of all students within a collaborative and integrated learning community, the Director Student Care and Experience will focus on the learning and wellbeing journey of our students and actively contribute to the development and support of our students, in terms of their learning, wellbeing and co-curricular pursuits.It is expected that the Senior School Director- Student Care and Experience will lead the team of expert Heads of House, Psychologists, Counsellors and Nurses to ensure that all students flourish at CGGS.The Schools beautiful new Student Hub co-locates Heads of House and the Inclusive Learning and Enrichment team to create a strong platform for case management of student needs.
