Our commitment to innovation and excellence drives our success, and were looking for a skilled VFFS Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain the VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) bagging machine in a fast-paced environment.Set up the machine correctly for each production run, adhering to safety and quality standards.Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality, making adjustments as necessary.Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues promptly to minimise downtime.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency.QualificationsProven experience as a machine operator, specifically with VFFS baggers in an FMCG environment.Strong understanding of machine operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.About The RoleWere currently seeking a motivated Production Machine Operator to join our team at our salad processing facility on a full time basis in Smeaton Grange, Sydney.
