This will initially be a Casual Position working a 38 Hour Week.You will be first point of contact for our Clients, either in person or by telephone, therefore you must be able to maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.An outgoing and pleasant personality with a good phone manner is therefore a must.Duties include:Answering telephone and directing calls, taking messages, working with Secretaries in regards to scheduling appointments.Invoicing and receipting, handling of money and EFTPOS transactions.Banking.Filing, both opening and closing files when required and looking after the archiving of files.Post, both incoming and outgoing.Attention to detail is a very important aspect of this position.If you have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, a positive attitude and are willing to learn we would love to hear from you.Junior applicants looking to complete a Cert 3 in Business Admin are encouraged to apply.Please note that only successful applicants will be contacted.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as a receptionist?
