Our client, an award-winning finance advisory firm based in Newcastle, is on the lookout for a Client Services Manager whos not only detail-oriented and client-focused but also thrives in a leadership role.If youre passionate about client success, enjoy managing relationships, and have a strong understanding of financial services, this is the perfect opportunity for you.About the RoleAs the Client Services Manager, youll be the operational backbone of the client experience- ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Youll support senior advisers while also taking the lead on process improvements, team mentoring, and client coordination.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing and nurturing strong client relationshipsEnsuring seamless delivery of services and outstanding client supportMonitoring team WIP (Work In Progress) and identifying workflow roadblocksParticipating in and leading client meetings to offer strategic insightsDrafting detailed financial, taxation, and investment advice in collaboration with Partners and DirectorsReviewing and signing off on client work to ensure accuracy and complianceProviding technical guidance and mentorship to team membersDeveloping solutions for Division 7A compliance with technical confidenceDriving process improvements across the team to boost performance and productivityActively contributing to internal initiatives and fostering a collaborative team cultureAbout YouYoure highly organised, confident in managing client expectations, and thrive on making things run smoothly. You''re also a natural communicator who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service.To succeed in this role, youll bring:4+ years of experience in public practice accounting within AustraliaCA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation (ITAA, TAA)Demonstrated experience in client and stakeholder managementA collaborative leadership style and a proactive mindsetAbility to manage deadlines, multitask, and lead with purposeApply Today!
