This team manages the sales and customer success of 70% of merchant partners in ANZ, contributing approximately 40% of Uber Eats ANZ revenue. These partners are local heroes and small businesses, vital to many communities.This role involves driving customer product adoption and platform revenue through launching scalable strategic initiatives with positive ROI. The SMB Growth Manager will lead a team of Ops and Sales experts to generate incremental revenue and product adoption in Australia & New Zealand.Your impact in this roleDeliver revenue targets through strategic go-to-market plans, initiatives, and forecasting.Oversee BPO Sales partnership alongside the BPO Operations Manager, focusing on sales enablement, process improvement, automation, and profitability reporting.Drive a newly created digital sales function by setting goals, managing stakeholders, and leveraging new technology and tools.Lead a team of 3 operations and sales experts to execute strategic plans with excellence.Identify new growth opportunities, managing short-term targets while planning for long-term success.Collaborate with Product Managers, Community Operations, Sales Systems, and Sales Ops regionally to deliver incremental growth.The experience youll bringProven success in scaling B2B sales and operational initiatives.Experience leading teams to deliver projects and commercial results.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience pitching to ELTs.Experience managing digital sales and marketing tools like CRM, SMS, and Paid Media.Understanding of tech stacks such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau; experience with email, web analytics, and CRM systems for targeting and reporting.A customer-first attitude, comfortable engaging directly with customers, brainstorming, and building reports.We welcome individuals from all backgrounds eager to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
