Our food and beverage offering is diverse, boasting a busy cafe, roof top bar and small function centre.About The RoleWe are currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the team on a full-time basis. The Junio Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to provide hands on leadership to ensure the efficient and impeccable operation of all food and beverage outlets.
