We''re at a pivotal point as we move away from being coined as a content agency, and into the strategy and social media space.Were now looking for a strategic and results-driven Social Media & Growth Director to lead our content, growth, and paid social efforts across multiple brands. This is a senior hybrid role ideal for someone who understands culture, content, and conversion. THE ROLEYoull develop and execute high-performance content strategies that drive brand growth, community engagement, and sales. From overseeing organic content and storytelling to managing paid ads and performance reporting, youll own the social-to-sales journey.Youll work directly with the founder and a nimble team to bring ideas to life with the autonomy and clarity to make real impact.
