You''ll manage the full sales cycle through to onboarding and growing new users.ResponsibilitiesIdentify high-potential prospective users from your territory and develop Strategies with the business development team to outbound to leadsOwn the full sales cycle from lead to close for startups and small/medium businessesLead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales processEngage with Product, Marketing and User Operations teams to help amplify our growth trajectory and inform our APAC product roadmapWho you areYou are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, COO, and CFO. You have experience working with startups or small/medium businesses. You have an understanding of the buyer journey and can lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. As a member of the Startup and SMB team, you''ll incubate and launch new sales channels for prospective users. Finally, you''ll develop scalable strategies and repeatable processes that enable us to amplify the number of new businesses joining Stripe.Were looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is A$182,200 - A$273,200. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the roles On Target Earnings (OTE) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidates experience, qualifications, and specific location.
