Food & Beverage Attendant - Collins Kitchen Restaurant (Part Time) Join us as a Food & Beverage Attendant at Collins Kitchen Restaurant in the Grand Hyatt Melbourne. The Role You will be part of an energetic team in Collins Kitchen, making a difference in our renowned hotel restaurant''s dining experiences. Day to Day Responsibilities Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing the restaurant. Provide personalized service in an intimate setting. Work effectively within a dynamic team. Exhibit exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Deliver superior customer service, working autonomously and collaboratively. Create a positive first impression. Work on a rotating roster, including weekends, nights, and public holidays. Assist with other areas of the Food & Beverage division as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in Food & Beverage preferred. Positive attitude towards customer service. Must hold an unrestricted Australian work visa.
