You will have a history of recruiting and managing high-performance sales teams in high-velocity and high-growth SaaS environments. You will be an excellent coach and process builder with experience recruiting top-performing Business Development Executives.Major duties include forecasting and metric reporting to senior management, sales coaching, and implementing repeatable and scalable sales processes.Hybrid Work Schedule - Monday Wednesday Thursday in-office, Tuesday and Friday WFH.ResponsibilitiesHire, ramp, and manage the Business Development Executives (BDM) that consistently exceed their quotas.Training and coaching the sales team.
