Join to apply for the Senior Project Director role at Health InfrastructureJoin to apply for the Senior Project Director role at Health InfrastructureHealth Infrastructure is looking for a Senior Project Director, who will be responsible for leading the NSW Ambulance Infrastructure & Relocation Programs. These are complex infrastructure initiatives that require a high level of cross functional team engagement and experience dealing in complex stakeholder negotiations as well as a managing multiple projects concurrently at varying stages in the infrastructure lifecycle.To be effective in this role the Senior Project Director will need to lead and manage a team of inhouse and external professionals to achieve the objectives in a constrained timeframe.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team environment that empowers leaders to deliver on strategic objectives within a structured and process-oriented manner.This role provides strategic leadership and management for the implementation of projects across the NSW Health System. This includes the management of the delivery of health buildings and infrastructure projects in association with NSW Ambulance, the Local Health Districts (LHDs), and other NSW affiliated bodies in the State. The Senior Project Director will also be responsible to create a culture which embraces high quality customer service across the organisation and its stakeholders, ensuring that systems and processes drive service delivery outcomes. The incumbent will create an organisational culture that actively seeks opportunities to improve and will anticipate, plan for and address cultural barriers to change at the organisational level.This is a contract role for a one-year contractor period. Rate will be determined with the successful candidate/s and aligned with current market conditions.Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.About youExperience in major infrastructure programs, as well as planning & delivery of complex projects. A team leader with the ability to dive deep and ensure outcomes are fit for purpose and Government procurement practices are maintained.You will be organised, forward thinking and ambitious, willing to achieve a higher standard of service and results driven, whilst displaying behaviours that align with Healths Core Values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.
