You will develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders.DutiesRaising sales and purchase ordersMaintaining component repairs status with Liebherr systemsQuoting of componentsCalculation of customer invoices & credits in line with Liebherr component programsData entryFollowing processes as outlinedMaintaining relationships with internal and external customersProvide parts advice & support to internal & external customersForward planning of parts & components for on time module deliverySkills & ExperienceExperience & knowledge of supply chain & inventory processesKnowledge and understanding of heavy machinery and componentsHave an intermediate understanding of Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communicationHighly customer service focusedStrong computer skillsHigh attention to detailAnalytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilitiesProficient in personal time planning / organisational skillsExperience in invoicing & creditsDiversity and InclusionDiversity and Inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Groups Core Values.
