Their e-commerce platforms (Retail, Marketplace and Services) provide a seamless and inspiring end-to-end customer experience.The Operations team is the heart of our business, busy connecting our products to our customers in the most efficient way. They are spread across our large Fulfilment Centre, HQ and Production Hub. Their expertise covers Inventory, Inbound, Outbound, Delivery Experience, Fulfilment Strategy, Project Management, FC Analytics, Marketplace Operations and Vendor Management.What youll doThe Logistics Coordinator role is part of the Supply Chain team and serves as a critical link between Category Management and Fulfilment Centre teams. In this position, you will be responsible for booking international non-DDP shipment orders, coordinating shipment schedules with freight forwarders, planning intake quantities with our inbound team, and monitoring on-time deliveries.How Youll SucceedOperational Support: Ensure the day-to-day execution of logistics operations, including booking shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues in transit.Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices to ensure regulatory compliance.Vendor Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics providers to monitor shipment schedules and address delays or discrepancies.Data Entry and Systems Management: Accurately update and maintain logistics systems with shipment details, ensuring real-time visibility for all stakeholders.Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate logistics disruptions or issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.What it takes1 to 2 years experience in a similar roleEffective time management, with the ability to handle multiple jobs at onceExpertise in using logistics and supply chain management software to track shipments, manage documentation, and analyze data (Zendesk).Why our client is partnering with Hatch on this role.
