Working within a high-performing major gifts team, youll be responsible for securing gifts of $10,000+ to fund Bush Heritages conservation work. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and board members, lead tailored stewardship strategies, and facilitate donor engagement events and meetings.Key responsibilities include:Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, trusts, and foundationsConduct regular face-to-face donor meetings (minimum 8/month)Present and secure major gift proposals ($10,000+) and renewalsSupport the CEO and board in high-level donor engagementTrack donor activity in CRM and contribute to reporting and proposalsSupport the delivery of curated trips and eventsSkills and ExperienceYou have experience in major gift fundraising or high-value relationship management, with a history of building rapport and securing income from individuals or philanthropic organisations.
