We are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care and ensuring that every participant''s experience is tailored to their individual needs.Role DescriptionThe Service Coordinator will be responsible for tasks related to participant services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community-based activities, and Short-term accommodations. This position is an integral part of our management team, as the Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining compliance with NDIS guidelines, and managing stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery: You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our participants.
