We put people first - leading with kindness and working together, we excel as one Royal Melbourne Hospital.Your new teamWe are a dynamic and supportive pharmacy team working together to deliver safe, high quality patient care and medicines managementWe enjoy a collaborative working environment and you will work as part of the clinical pharmacy team to contribute to high quality and innovative clinical pharmacy services and quality use of medicines.In return, you will be supported to develop your clinical pharmacy skills.Your success in this role, will be in your ability toDeliver high quality patient careSupport advances in clinical practice & patient care activitiesWork with your team to achieve patient focused KPIsProvide mentoring for pharmacists, technicians, interns and studentsPromote the quality use of medicines by contributing to quality and safety and research projectsCollaborate with key staff members across the organisationContribute to on call, after hours, public holiday and weekend servicesYour ContributionRegistered as a pharmacist with AHPRAExperience in delivering clinical pharmacy servicesHighly developed interpersonal skillsProficient oral & written communication skillsRelevant post graduate qualification is desirableCompleted or working towards a residency program or can demonstrate competence in hospital pharmacy rotations.An enthusiasm to learn and further develop clinical pharmacy skills.
