We care for thousands of children each year in our hospitals and in their homes with one purpose in mind to help young people live their healthiest lives.Click here to learn more about our NetworkAdditional InformationAn eligibility list may be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.What You''ll Be DoingTo be responsible for the co-ordination and management of the Outpatient Dispensary and to provide support to the Inpatient Dispensary.To supervise the implementation and to oversee the management of all business processes within both Dispensaries including the PBS claim and other Pharmacy revenue activities.Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA and with no restrictions.Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven track record in policy development.Extensive Pharmacy experience and the ability to meet the requirements of a Grade 3 Pharmacist under the current Health Employees'' Pharmacists (State) Award.Proven ability in a senior management role in Pharmacy and must be able to liaise with parents / carers, SCHN clinicians and hospital staff and NSW Health staff external to SCHN.Ability to allocate priorities and work in a team environment and to achieve results in the workplace.To be able provide information & analysis from iPharmacy software to facilitate data collection for Pharmacy requirements and for clients external to the Department such as Business Managers and Clinical Program Directors.Computer skills with the hardware and software necessary to provide an efficient Pharmacy service.Experience in training Pharmacy staff including Pharmacy technical staff and Pharmacy students and Interns.SCHN is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity - we acknowledge the vibrancy that a diverse workforce brings to enhance both our workplace culture and our service delivery to children, young people and their families and carers.
