As a power system Engineering focussed Project Manager in our Onboarding & Connections department, youll be key driver of innovation, working at the intersection of technology, sustainability and infrastructure.In this dynamic position, youll lead coordinate a diverse portfolio of energy infrastructure related projects that span emerging technologies and energy solutions. Youll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from internal teams to Network Service Providers (NSPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to bring groundbreaking projects to life.Your work will directly support the integration of the new power system technologies into the NEM. If you thrive on leading impactful projects, building strong partnerships, and driving innovation in a fast-changing industry, this is your moment to help shape the future of a rapidly evolving energy landscape.What You Will Be DoingPartner with the Team Manager to assess team capacity across all project phases, identifying potential overloads, resource gaps, and opportunities for team development and growth.Apply a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, delivering timely and effective solutions to complex project and stakeholder challenges.Support the implementation of process enhancements across the Onboarding and Connections, helping to streamline operations and boost efficiency.Establish a tailored project management framework for the Technical Solutions team, leveraging proven tools and methods from the Connection Delivery team to track progress, manage resources, and prioritise effectively.Collaborate with legal, procurement, and finance teams to develop a sustainable cost recovery model that enable the Technical Solutions team to continue supporting early OEM engagements.
