This team supports the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent, helping drive discretionary effort and aligning reward, performance, and business strategy with best practices and stakeholder expectations. We partner with Australias largest listed institutions and other leading organizations to provide holistic reward solutions from design to implementation.Youll help solve complex problems using your skills in:Reward and performance, remuneration reporting, data analysis, and understanding pay motivation and regulation in financial services.Experience gained in a Big 4 or professional services environment is desired.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/Economics or Law.Ability to translate complex issues for stakeholders, considering external environment factors like FS regulation and shareholder perspectives.Strong client service mindset and experience across various industry sectors.Commercial mindset for designing and delivering complex client solutions.Impact in our Rewards and Advisory Team includes:Developing competitive and justifiable remuneration models.Working effectively with Board-level and C-suite stakeholders.Assessing and optimizing reward programs to meet objectives, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.Delivering projects across clients and industries, adding value through strategy, design, and implementation advice.Driving client relationships, revenue growth, and market share.Collaborating within a high-performing team and contributing to public thought leadership on reward practices.Mentoring and developing team members.About PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
