You will lead a multi disciplined team of Maintenance Supervisors and asset management professionals to execute the Asset maintenance plan effectively. Additionally, you will oversee the planning, organisation, and management of the team''s work, while also ensuring safety compliance and departmental productivity.Managing the maintenance budget and operating plan to minimise costs while meeting availability, reliability, and capital goals is essential.
