You will lead a multi disciplined team of Maintenance Supervisors and asset management professionals to execute the Asset maintenance plan effectively. Your role involves supporting and deploying efficient asset management plans and objectives to ensure the optimal operational management of our assets and drive returns from the asset portfolio including Power, Water and Fuel.About UsWe are committed to excellence in asset management and operational efficiency. As a leader in our industry, we offer opportunities for growth and development within a collaborative and dynamic work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of Maintenance Supervisors and asset management professionals, ensuring the successful execution of the Asset maintenance plan.Your duties also include optimising the utilisation and productivity of plant, labor, and equipment through detailed work packages and plans. Additionally, you will oversee the planning, organisation, and management of the team''s work, while also ensuring safety compliance and departmental productivity.Managing the maintenance budget and operating plan to minimise costs while meeting availability, reliability, and capital goals is essential.
