It is the construction of a poultry processing plant based in Tamworth, NSW. Consisting of circa 38,936m2 of gross floor area providing for storage, processing, chilling, cold store, and distribution facilities.1,600m2 workshop and store building.3,791m2 of ancillary administration, staff amenitiesExpanded Wastewater Treatment PlantConstruction of a new access driveway via an easement connecting to Armstrong Street via Workshop LaneConstruction of a new staff car parking area providing 820 car parking spaces.Unique Project PerksRCC has carefully crafted an exceptional employee value proposition just for this project, this is designed to support your career goals, personal circumstance, transition & assist in aiding work-life balance throughout the project, key items include;Living Away from Home Allowance Plus Travel AllowanceRelocation AssistanceFlexible Working Arrangements - rotating rosterStaff & Family Appreciation events throughout the project!ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Contract Administrator youll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated Commercial leadership team whilst you provide end to end contract management based on a project, including but not limited to;Sub & head contract managementEstablish appropriate management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunitiesPreparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules across multiple trades across the project lifecycle.Progress claims and variationsDemonstrate understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building related goals (materials and services).Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex - training provided.RequirementsSenior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontractsAspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projectsIndustry relevant degree qualificationFamiliarity with Contract Law principals & construction specific Acts, codes and RegulationsConfident & collaborative communicatorSelf-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.Process and system appreciativeHow To ApplyReady to bring your skills to RCC?
