Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of features and improvements, while supporting issue resolution and enhancing our QA practices.About UsBGL Corporate Solutions Pty Ltd is a market-leading supplier of Fintech Cloud Software based in Canterbury with over 12,700 clients in 15 countries around the world and operations in New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines and the United Kingdom.Our fantastic global team of 240+ people have a reputation for delivering the highest quality Software as a Service (SAAS) solutions to the accounting industry specialising in self-managed superannuation funds and corporate compliance.We are proud to share some of our recent achievements which are a testament to our culture and people:Great Place to Work certifiedAFR Best Places to Work Technology top 10Mental Health First Aid Workplace RecognitionAustralia''s Best Workplaces for Women ListAFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies 4th time in 6 yearsWhat you''ll be doingWriting and executing manual test cases for new features, improvements, and bug fixes.Conducting thorough software testing to ensure high-quality product releases.Triaging and reproducing client-reported bugs and support ticket escalations.Logging clear, structured bug reports in Jira.Collaborating closely with developers, BAs, designers, and QA peers.Participating in agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Supporting documentation improvements and sharing troubleshooting insights with the support team.Maintaining testing records, plans, and data sets.Ensuring compliance with BGLs security and privacy policies.What we''re looking forMinimum 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.Solid understanding of software testing principles and QA best practices.Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent time management.Confident communicator who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and software development life cycles.Experience with accounting or financial software.ISTQB or similar testing certification.Interest in learning basic automated testing.What we offerWe take pride in maintaining and continuously improving our culture which is why we welcome those who understand our values.
