Exclusive access to the Glencore rewards program, offering discounts on a wide range of well-known companies.About the Role:We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Travel Administrator to support the site operations team. The Administrator will assist with coordinating travel requests and changes as well as room allocation across the onsite village. Ensuring compliance throughout the INX Workflow system, this role requires strong organisational skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the site team, ensuring all travel requests are actioned efficiently and effectively.Monitor the shared phone and shared inbox.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure travel requirements and expectations are met.Maintain accurate records, including reports.Handle invoicing, procurement, and any necessary administrative tasks related to travel and accommodation.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as an administrator, preferably in a mining FIFO environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient with INX systemAttention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.At McArthur River Mine, we support the Northern Territory first, and Territorian applicants or those prepared to relocate.Glencore employees applying for this role may be asked to discuss this with their Supervisor or Manager prior to an interview.For more information email mrmjobs@glencore.com.au.Note: We may conduct interviews and make hires before the advertising period ends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
