As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting existing and new clients with their transition to our SMSF, Investment Management and Corporate Compliance software solutions. You''ll work alongside our Account Management and Sales Teams to ensure a successful onboarding process for all clients and work with our Support Team to resolve client queries.
