Their attention to detail and positive work ethic enables them to deliver their expertise throughout Western Australia, including significant operations throughout the North and South West.Cardinal Contractors is seeking expressions of interest for a Contracts Administrator with the essential qualifications and experience to join our exceptional team.The position will be based in Collie, in the South West region on a 5:2 roster. This is a full-time employment opportunity.The role:Your role will be responsible for contract administration across the entire contract lifecycle. You will also support tendering to secure new business opportunities. In this position, you will collaborate with contract owners to ensure timely communication and execution of deliverables with the goal of exceeding client expectations.Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support with tender compilationReview and understand contractual requirements for the projectOversee the complete contract lifecycle for the projectEstablish and nurture robust connections with suppliers, customers, and internal collaborators to facilitate seamless contract proceduresRecognise potential risks and recommend suitable strategies for mitigating those risks in contractsCompile and present routine reports regarding the status of contracts, compliance, and potential concerns to the management teamEffectively manage and pursue resolutions for any contract-related disputes or conflictsCreate project budgets, issue purchase orders, and support processing of progress paymentsDraft and review commercial agreements with suppliers.
