ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc''teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).Responsibilities:Compensation & Benefits: Handle payroll processes including statutory contributions and ensure full compliance; manage leave entitlements and employee benefits.Employee Relations & Engagement: Respond to employee inquiries, mediate workplace issues, and help foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Performance Management & Training: Facilitate performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities to support employee development.HR Strategy & Policy Development: Review and implement HR policies and procedures to align with current labor laws and best practices.Compliance: Ensure the organization remains compliant with employment laws and internal HR policies.Frontline Management: Oversee HR operations for frontline staff, including recruitment, leave tracking, uniform distribution, and related matters.Budgeting: Participate in the preparation of annual HR budgets and monitor spending accordingly.Reporting: Compile and present HR-related reports for management decision-making.Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee information and track changes within the HR system.Expatriate Management: Manage all aspects of expatriate employment, including work permit applications, tax submissions, and other related tasks.Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or any related field.At least 5 6 years of experience as HR Generalist, preferable in retail industry.Experience in managing payroll systems.
