The current portfolio of assets includes a busy sub regional shopping centre in Allenstown and another on Yaamba Road. These centres provide everyday conveniences, specialty stores and retail shopping options for local customers.Key responsibilities in this role will include:Maintain the assets, facilities, services, plant and equipment to ensure optimal asset performance, efficiency, life cycle planning and functionalityDrive best practice by collaborating and administering a comprehensive compliance program, particularly with regards to risk management for critical site operationsManage the relevant budget expenditure for the retail asset (Opex/Capex)Tender and Negotiate maintenance contracts, providing expenditure and performance data for regular monthly and quarterly reporting requirementsActively maintain compliance with OH&S / HSE obligations, completing audits and reviews as required by the client and the relevant legislation.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and our clientsQualificationsTo excel in this position, you will ideally have:Strong customer engagement and the capacity to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders (retail tenants, contractors and owner-clients)Strong interpersonal and relationship building skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (preferred but not essential)Strong understanding of industry best practice, sustainability, and legislative complianceYou will benefit from a professional, learning based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunitiesExperience with operating FM specific systems and platforms.Additional InformationExperts join experts, and we welcome you to join us as we lead the industry into the future.Please apply with your CV or call Kate Dobbie, Associate Director | Careers on 07 3026 3309 for more information.
