This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience while providing essential administrative support across various departments of the hospital, including Emergency, Switchboard, Outpatient Clinics and other key areas.In this role, youll assist with tasks such as managing appointments, handling enquiries, record management, maintaining accurate and timely data entry, supporting department workflows and delivering exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors. Youll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of hospital services, committed to teamwork whilst upholding confidentiality and professionalism in a challenging environment.We are looking for candidates with strong organisational, time management and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, availability to work flexible hours, remain calm under pressure, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
